Welcome to Monday Night Shop Class!
In this class you'll get hands-on training using essential hand tools--saws, chisels, and planes--while making a small box with simple and elegant joinery. If you're interested in making decorative boxes for jewelry, gifts, small storage, etc, this class provides a solid foundation of skills and techniques.

Here is the agenda:

7pm - 7:15pm - Meet and greet.

7:15 - 7:30 - Overview of basic hand tools, usage and safety. Review of the box project.

7:30 - 9:00 - Hands-on demo and project time. You will guided step by step as you build your own small box of solid cherry. We will cover sawing, chiseling, planing, and glue-up techniques.

Fee is $60 + $25 materials fee. Includes all materials and safety equipment.
Class size is limited to 5 people.
